[ what up andie let's go hogwild.

he's been doing a general exploration of the new areas of the basement floors before coming to a stop at the pool area, where he can get a clear look out at the ocean all around them. he just looks a bit bemused by it all. ]

That'd explain the nausea, but makes it harder to figure out where we are...

[ nikkari's kind of blindsided by it all; while he's never been on a boat himself, he's still aware of what they are... just, you know. the boats he's used to are more like this than the luxury liner they're currently on. ]

Truthfully, I'm a little more surprised we weren't able to tell at all. The wonders of modern engineering, I suppose...

It wouldn't be much of a luxury cruise if it was so easily moved around on the water than the halls were constantly vomit-filled, would it? Although usually you're aware you're on a ship, so you can avoid most of the nausea in the first place.

Mm... I can't say. I've never been on any sort of ship or watercraft before.

[ he shoots a curious glance shiraishi's way. ]

I suppose none of the landmarks that we can see help in any way.

It’d be a little too easy if we could pinpoint our location. Communication outside is down, but there’s always a chance someone could break through that and let us send a message. Our captors would be a little caught out if we were able to tell someone where we though we were.

Truthfully, I'm not quite sure what some of them are myself... but I'm sure we can learn by trial and error.

Well. It would help if I knew what "within reason" means for you, Shiraishi-san. For all I know, we could have completely different ideas of what's acceptable and what isn't... it's hard to gauge that sort of thing for humans, you know?
